Who Are You?

Here, list out your goals and purposes as an athlete
(This is important, because through this exercise, you can have the opportunity
of getting to know better of your goals and purpose of being an athlete)

List your strengths and weaknesses
(By listing your strengths and weaknesses, it will give
you a better idea of what kind of an athlete you are)

A few questions would assist in filling the following boxes.

“What league are you currently playing in?”
“Where in the season are you?”




Education

To develop mental toughness, you must have an understanding of how pressure can negatively impact concentration, emotion, and confidence.
