Initial plan (Goal Setting)

Goal – defined as “attaining specific standard of proficiency on a task, usually within a specified time limit” (Gould, D. 2006).

How did you setup your goals? (Relax, intense, moderate, or max training)

What were the goals and expectations coach set for you?


Special task:

I would like you to keep up to date with your personal sports journal. If you have an upcoming event or competition, make sure you write down how you feel in pre-competition, during competition, and post-competition (Gould, D. 2006).
