The purpose of Mental Sport Training Guide, is to develop an understanding of the fundamental principals of mental training in sports. The working guide I have devised are designed to help improve the overall mental toughness and to develop the skills necessary to build upon one’s mental strength.
- Discussions and Conversations – a brief review of previous session; except for session 1.
- Discussions of the objectives of each session – overall expectation of each session.
- Introduction of each topic – Define and explain the topics and how it is relevant to one’s normal practices.
- Applicability & Practicality – The purpose of worksheets and practical exercises created or presented is to raise Lee’s awareness of the different psychological interventions, and to enhance one’s overall performances.
- Specific tasks or assignment designed to give one 1st hand experience in examining with the psychological concepts.
